Internships are available in the areas of public relations, marketing, research, writing, film, journalism, and in-studio production. Internship credit is available through academic departments and the Career Development Center.  College Beat Production’s Internship Program is a diversity-focused program that encourages and nurtures the interests of students who want to pursue a career in entertainment, while developing an overall knowledge of the industry and an entertainment network for future career opportunities.

The College Beat Productions Internship Program will consist of broadening your skills through pre-production, production and post-production of the multiple shows that the production company offers. You will also be responsible for learning the basic responsibilities of the Executive Producers. Interns will be required to create a 10-hour a week schedule in which they will be responsible to fulfill at least 5 hours in the office per week.  Off-campus filming or production will not be counted towards your weekly schedules, unless verified with one of the Executive Producers.
